Question: Please define "no earlier than two weeks before the end of tenancy" as used in AB 2330.

Answer: This provision means that the initial (pre-move-out) inspection must occur within the last two weeks of tenancy, i.e., no more than two weeks before a notice of termination expires, or the end of the lease term.
