During the past two weeks, we have been showing property with quite regularity. As a result, we are currently processing 3 separate applications for rentals in the Stockton area. Phone call activity has been moderate, but good. The weather is no longer a factor, the rains we had resulted in a lot of no-show appointments. So far, there are two scheduled move-in's for the first week of April. Business is picking up.
