Norb - thanks so much for the incredible job you did over the past
year.  As I have often said, i could not have gotten through the year
without you.  I love my home - and moving to southern California - I
felt so secure knowing that my home was in your care.  Your frequent
communication, sound advice and meticulous attention to detail are
among the many things I valued.  You are amazing - and as I have told
friends who are thinking about renting their homes, particularly in
the current economy, I strongly encourage them to seek your services.
